Brook Roberts held the title of Miss Oregon 2004 and competed in the Miss America 2005 pageant.
In September 2010, it was announced that she competed on The Amazing Race 17 with her co-worker Claire Champlin. The Amazing Race was filmed in May-June 2010 and will premiere on September 26, 2010.
